02The Problem
Ello Cello
I have a theory that language has a measurable signal-to-noise ratio, operators can be ranked, commitment can be conserved, and AI performance can be predicted from signal quality.
Bottleneck Why it matters
Signal in Language No accepted standard exists for measuring semantic signal-to-noise.
Operator Intelligence Missing opportunities for beneficial growth, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.
Meaning Preservation Intent, context, and meaning decay across conversations, workflows, and time.
Performance Prediction AI behavior remains largely probabilistic because interaction quality is not measured.
03The Stack
Ello Cello

One execution stack.
Four commercial wedges.

Layer 04
SIGNOMY
Execution-layer governance, participatory trust, agent provenance — a governed economy.
Governance
Layer 03
SIGRANK
Human–AI operator leaderboard, sync telemetry, resonance metrics.
Intelligence
Layer 02
AQUA
Application filling, answer banks, reusable submission memory.
Workflow
Layer 01
MO§ES™
Compression, recursive execution, drift control, lineage structure.
Substrate
MO§ES™ IS THE ENGINE  ·  AQUA + SIGRANK ARE THE WEDGES  ·  SIGNOMY IS THE GOVERNED ECONOMY
MO§ES™ governs the field — code agents generate, eval tools measure, the labs won't commit across the stack. Patent pending; the rest proprietary.

MO§ES™ — constitutional lattice
Each module reinforces the others, targeting 80–85% structural coherence rather than compound fragmentation.

Before MO§ES™
Sociology & History at SUNY Geneseo, UB, and University of Hawaii at Hilo. Pacific Northwest ops for Invisible Children. Board seats at KEDS (2006–2008) and Horizon Health Services (2012–2018).
Then built a company
Founded DJMP Inc. in 2011 — took a Buffalo contracting operation from zero to $1M/yr with a team of 40. Projects $10k–$500k. Learned what it means to govern a real operation.
Which led here
Running governed AI across that operation, the leaderboards left the operator out. The augmentation layer was invisible. So I built it, patented it, published it, and ran it against the field. #1 across all five kernels is the receipt.
Why now
Agent commerce enters production in 2026. Four patents filed. Law out. Substrate shipped solo. The window to set the standard is open and short.
